Join Licensed Clinical Social Worker Maggie Thomas for a mindfulness workshop. She will begin by defining what mindfulness is and how it can make a major difference in our daily lives. We’ll discuss a variety of tools and participants will engage in a group activity to learn how mindfulness can shift their lives for the better. Questions?
