This ancient Chinese tradition has evolved into a graceful form of low impact exercise, found useful for stress reduction, health improvements and a primer understanding towards Internal Martial Arts (tai chi ch’uan) for those seekers of self-improvement. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. All are welcome. Beginners are particularly encouraged, with individual demonstrations and practice led during breakout sessions by senior students/instructors. (Please consult your physician before adding a new exercise regime.)
