The Young Adult (YA) group is a self-led group for post-high school individuals that identify as young adults, (roughly in their 20s or 30s). Not being a youth, while also not always feeling like they have a handle on this whole “adulting” thing, this is an age range with unique emotional and spiritual needs. It is a time of growth and searching for one’s place in life, balancing work, relationships, and many other responsibilities of being an adult.
The YA group is a safe place for people to explore their identities and be themselves in this self-discovery process, taking part in discussions or activities led by the group members.
Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 11:30 a.m. in the Upper Room of Neighborhood House. During the summer months if the weather permits, meet us on the porch of the house and we’ll grab some brunch after service!
