Neighborhood Unitarian Universalist Church of Pasadena is very pleased to present an evening of music by peace activist singer Holly Near. Music has always been a powerful way for peace of conscience to gather, to be entertained, challenged and inspired in complex times. Please join us for this beautiful evening of song at 7:30pm on Friday, March 27, at Neighborhood Church, 301 North Orange Grove Blvd. at Walnut, Pasadena. Holly will be joined by pianist John Bucchino, bassist Jan Martinelli and the wonderful duo, Emma’s Revolution. For many of us, Holly’s music has been a sound track to our activism and her concerts like a reunion. Holly’s concerts are also a great place to invite new people to peace work, critical thinking and community activism. As one fan said, Holly is like a mix between Judy Garland and Pete Seeger!  For more information check out Holly’s website.
