Neighborhood Church sustains its programs, ministries, and facilities through the regular and recurring financial contributions of our members and friends. Our Annual Pledge Drive helps us project our resources into the near future and plan our budget accordingly. As you think about the spiritual home you’ve found here at Neighborhood Church and the values we embody in our world, please give as generously as you can. Please note that 70% of all funds come from the congregation and donations rather than rent and it costs approximately $2,000 per household per year to sustain Neighborhood. Your participation at any level is welcome. Pledge Payment FAQ


  1. What is the deadline for my completed pledge?

Your annual pledge covers the Neighborhood Unitarian Universalist Church’s fiscal year from June 1st, 2019-May 31st, 2020. You can pay your pledge weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Final payment will be due by May 31st, 2020.

  1. How can I pay my pledge?

There are several ways to pay your pledge. Please review the following options to find which is best for you.

OnRealm If you click the chalice on the right side of this page you can make a one-time donation or pledge payment through our new online system, Realm. To make a recurring donation on Realm, you can log into your Realm account with the email you use for NUUC and by selecting “forgot password.”

Automatic Bill Pay This is the church’s preferred method of payment as it is easily set up through your bank and provides steady cash flow. Please contact your bank to set up automatic bill pay. If you have already set up automatic bill pay, please verify with your bank that the monthly amount matches up to your annual pledge.

Cash or Check You can easily pay your pledge on Sundays! This year we are introducing pledging envelopes if you would like to make cash payments during Sunday offertory – just fill out the information on the envelope to ensure that your account is credited properly. When paying by check, be sure to indicate in the check memo field that you are making a pledge payment.

Paypal You can make a one-time pledge payment or set up recurring payments through Paypal. You can connect to our account here:

  1. How can I find out how much I have paid on my pledge?

Pledge statements are sent out quarterly in September, December, March, and May that show how much you have paid on your pledge and how much has not yet been paid. Annual Tax statements are also sent out in January each year that reflect the tax-deductible donations that you have made to the church during the calendar year.
