Music takes us out of the actual and whispers to us dim secrets that startles out wonder as to who we are, and for what, whence, and whereto.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Music and the arts are very important to worship services at Neighborhood Church. Under the direction of Dr. Zanaida Robles, the Neighborhood Chorus regularly provides choral music to enhance the worship service. The Bell Choir also provides regular performances that complement the choral and organ music. There are occasionally guest performers such as jazz musicians, African drummers, and spatialized electronic music synthesizers.
