Join us to energize the minister-congregation relationship with the Startup Workshop for Rev. Omega Burckhardt and Neighborhood UU Church!

The main purposes of a Ministerial Startup Workshop are:

• To playfully, yet seriously, explore Rev. Omega and NUUC’s respective expectations, habits, and assumptions;

• To go deeper into the process of integrating a new minister into the life, culture, and history of the congregation through interactive activities and storytelling;

• To help NUUC understand more about the new minister: her style of ministry, their openness to feedback, her preference for collaboration, and more;

• To connect with others and learn. And to have fun!

The workshop will be facilitated by Rev. Sarah Gibb Millspaugh from the Pacific Western Region.

 Childcare will be provided in room 6 of the Programs Building.
