Our bylaws establish how we nominate and elect board members. Building on input from the 2023 annual meeting, the board has created a bylaws revision task force to share recommendations at the 2024 annual meeting. As part of that work, the board and the bylaws revision task force invite you to a listening circle on Neighborhood’s approach to nominating board members.
